How can I work off-line?

I just bought a new HP notebook that came with Vista. I RV full-time and
need to be able to drive into truck stops, RV campgrounds, general hot
spots, etc. and download my Email and then read, delete, answer, whatever,
at a later time while off-line. Then next time we are around a hotspot, or
phone connection, etc., my answers are sitting in my outbox waiting to
"send" when I get on-line the next time. Can I do this in Vista? If so how?
If not how can I get back to using Outlook, which worked fine for me?!!

Not sure what your question is.
Vista's Windows Mail has pretty much the same capabilities as
Outlook Express in Windows XP.
If you like Outlook, by all means install it on your Vista laptop.

Windows Mail: Click on Work Offline on the File drop down menu.
Outlook Express: Click on Work Offline on the File drop down menu.
Office Outlook 2000: Click on Work Offline on the File drop down menu.
Office Outlook 2002 (XP): Click on Work Offline on the File drop down menu.
Office Outlook 2003: Click on Work Offline on the File drop down menu.
Office Outlook 2007: Click on Work Offline on the File drop down menu.

If you are saying that you would like to get back to Outlook Express, no
way.

Did you just want to carp on the subject of Frustrated with Vista? You've
seen others and just wanted to join in?
