my antivirus start and immediatly shut down

hi. i have the following problem: i put on my pc an antivirus NAV 2003. when i try to scan the program window open and imediatly is off. i tried another antivirus and i i found that a file "wuampa.exe" stop my nav to run. i tried to delete from registry, but when i restart my pc it's there again.it's about a virus and what kind of it? what is his name? what should i do ? thanks in advance.
