problem with open my program, mde file

hello ,
a while ago,i bought a program from a salesman that enterd to my store
the program mange a client list,the program is one mde file
,the program works just fine, and now when i am opening the program
its ended immediatly, i have vista,with macfee antivirus,i dont have office 2007,
i tried to open the program in win 7 with office and no antivirus,and i got an error massage "close the ole server and restart outside of micrrosoft office"
i dont know what to do,the salesman is gone,
please help me
