Limit Discussion group users without a login and password

I have a discussion site. The doctors don't want to have to "login and
supply password" but I don't want anyone else to be able to post. This is an
intranet site on a hospital network so they already login to the network.
Suggestions.

If everyone is logged in, then you will have to assign the doctor to a unique user group and then
give that user group the only permissions to access the discussion site. This is a Windows Server
question of setting permissions.

You need to post this to the Windows Server newsgroup

You need to post this issue to Windows Server newsgroup, since it deals with Windows User
Authentication on the server.
