KB867801 Security Update installs(?) every day

Well, hopefully all is well.

Check in at Windows Update again. Many new Critical Updates were released
today (14 Jun-05). They include the latest Cumulative Security Update for
IE 883939 (MS05-025) which supersedes (replaces) 890923 (MS05-020) which you
just installed.

Did that. Went OK.

It's now been 4 days without KB867801 piping up, so it appears that the
problem
is gone. The "demolish and rebuild" apparently worked.
