KB Hotfix by email.

I am on the phone with 800-MICROSOFT trying to get:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/920295/en-us
KB hotfix. I am not sure if it would be possible to work via email with
someone to get the information I need instead of being on the phone for about
10-15 minutes.
Just a suggestions.
I understand that I should NOT put this in a production environment and this
is for one or two people who have problems. I am an I.T. professional and I
know that it is a "hot" fix, not an official fix.
I know for customer support and service, I would be happy to get that
happening. If not that, then a live chat session.
