Hotfix question...

I am need of a hotfix as described in KB article 892050 (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;892050 ).
I tried going through the process, thinking I had 2 "free" support
requests before being charged, but was suprised to see the message
"This Product ID indicates that there will be a charge for this
Microsoft support.".
This an OEM version, that I installed on a computer that I sold to my
customer.
As a MS System Builder, is there a way I can get this hotfix at no
charge?

Simply call microsoft for the hotfix,800 9364900 You must have selected
xp support for the OS,as hotfixes thier is no charge.Also,they will e-mail
the
fix to you
