Internet explorer operation aborted???

When i browse certain web pages in internet explorer...the
page loads up and then i get a message
displaying"(webadressss....)...can not be
opened..operation aborted" and then the page closes onto
the cannot find server page.i have tried numerous ways to
get this to go away and it just doesnt work..i find myself
unable to read emails on hotmail and so on.if anyone can
help me id greatly aprecciate it.
