Internet Explorer hanging only on websites that do a redirection

We just installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 for our users and now are
experiencing problems with Internet Explorer hanging only on websites that do
a redirection. i.e. www.msn.ca > redirects to www.sympatico.msn.ca

We have done some testing and found that if we grant the user "Power User"
rights on there local computer the problem goes away.

Anybody seen this problem and or have a fix other than granting Power Users
rights?

I ran it without any trouble, but I am an admin. What rights did you
assign the users. Are you running a server. If so what server.

Our users are only granted users rights on there XPSP2 workstations and we
have no server.
