Internet Explorer 7 error

Hello,

Internet Explorer 7 is closing frequently with error: Internet Explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close. This is happening at many
different sites, and I don't know what to do. I have run Norton scans and
AdAware. Both have not fixed the problem. Please help!
