Whenever I click on my vertical scrollbar in IE (IE6,
using Windows ME), instead of scrolling down one screen
view it scrolls down 2 screen views (like I'd double
clicked). This just started recently. It does it whether I
use the laptop's built in eraser mouse, or the external
mouse. I've changed the mouse's double click speed to no
effect, and since it only seems to happen on IE, I don;t
think it's the mouse (although I sometimes hear a double
click when I click on buttons on websites). Any help would
be appreciated.
