IE Script Error when opening Services window

When opening the services window, I get the below error message.

An error has occured in the script on this page

Yes<button> No<button>

Doesn't matter which one you click, the result is that you cannot see the
services, in the extended tab. If you click on the standard tab, you can see
the services and change things fine.

I've run sfc /scannow, removed adware & viruses from system. Any suggestions?
