:
Open Internet Explorer.
Click: File on the Menu Bar
Click: Page Setup in the resulting drop-down box
In the Margin section: Left, Right, Top and bottom should all be 0.75
If that isn't clear enough, copy and paste this link in the IE address
bar
to see a graphic of what it should look like.

In IE: File | Page Setup. (Default setting is 0.75 all around).
I'm not sure how to do that..

Did you check your margin settings like I suggested in the first

you posted to?

thx..I did this and it said ok, but I still can not print from a
web
page
(ie: if I bring up a page and click the printer friendly button and
then
the
print button (on the page) or use the printer icon on the status
bar at
the
top of the page). Any other ideas or do I need to take it to
someone??

If you still want to open the file, click open with, otherwise,

I did click 'open with' and went to another screen telling me
windows

to know what program created it.
