Script error when launching Services in XP

When I launch Services from the My Computer Manage Screen
I receive the following error message:

An error has occurred in the script on this page

Error 'MMCEvents' is undefined
Code 0
URL : res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\mmcndmgr.dll/views.htm

I can only get to the services by selecting the "Standard"
tab on the screen.
Has anyone ran into this problem before ?
