IE 6 Troubleshooting

Hello,

I need help with a curious problem I am having with IE 6. It concerns an
issue I have when I click the vertical scroll bar on the right side of the
screen. Normally, when I click just below the bar on the scroll bar, it
will scroll the web page one screen down. Recently, however, it's taken to
scrolling down two pages. This has grown to be annoying. I am curious if
anyone knows how to fix this problem? I have checked in the settings, but
found nothing that would seem to fix it.

Any suggestions?

I know if you buy a mouse with a scroll-button in the
middle, you will be able to set the length of the scroll
under mouse options. You should probably be able to find
one under $10 with rebates during the holiday season.
