Hyperlinks form Word templates

Hi

I have built an Intranet for our company. I would like to
include our Microsoft Word templates on a page with a
hyperlink.

If I do that Microsoft Word starts but it opens the
document as *.dot document (the actual template) instead
of a new document *.doc (e.g. Document1).

How can I achieve that?
