How can I restrict application usage per user per time of day?

I have Win/XP Home Edition with 4 users (myself (admin), my wife, and two
daughters). I want to restrict my daughters' access to certain applications
such as MSN Messenger and myspace at certain times of the day, but not me or
my wife. So I don't want to restrict the whole pc. How can I do this?

I'm absolutely serious. You're asking how to have software do your
job for you. I'm glad that I won't live long enough to see the
society that such an attitude will produce.

Guy,
If you are willing to dish out $30-$40 you can give KidsWatch a try. I
bought a copy at CompUSA for $30 and I am quite pleased with the product.
Not only can you restrict applications and web sites (with the Web Edition),
you can set time limits based on a total time during certain allowed
hours.(e.g. 2 hours total time anytime between 8:00AM and 9:00PM). Adults
and Admin accounts are not restricted in any way.
You can read more about it here~~~> http://kidswatch.com/
Hope this is helpful,
