User time limit

There are two users except myself to a computer.
I would like each of the other two to have to log in in order to use the
computer and also restrict the usage to, let's say, three hours each per
day.

How do I accomplish that?

(is this the right newsgroup?)

I don't know of anything within XP, but there are programs that can set
things up easily for what you ask.

Is this time limit for children?

A software program called Child Control 2003 is a great program which allows
you to set a time limit on computer use for each user individually.
