This is normal. SP2 removed those old entries (because those old
updates are now an integral part of SP2). But SP2 does not delete
the old uninstall files for the old hotfixes in case you uninstall
SP2 later on for some reason.

uninstall a hotfix that is part of sp2. It is Windows XP Hotfix (SP2)

It is not possible to remove this update from SP2 because it is now
an integral part of SP2. Uninstalling SP2 is the only option to get
back to an older version for those files.
