Hotfix remover for XP

I've installed a hotfix that's not showing in add/remove
programs. Is there a tool for xp to remove hotfixes?

While Doug's tool is cool for removing the backups of hotfixes that a person knows they will not need to uninstall, it does nothing for the original poster's need to uninstall a hotfix that is not listed in Add/Remove. It does not uninstall any hotfixes.

Just a note, you should not download my utilities from other sources, as
they may not have the latest version. In this case they do, but I'm
constantly working to improve these utilities, and they may not be aware of
recent changes or fixes. The best way to ensure that you're providing the
link to the most recent version is to send them to my site to get it.

If it is not there, it may be one of those that 'once installed cannot
be removed'. There is normally a warning at Windows Update for this,
but it is easy to miss. For these the only course is to go back to a
System Restore point made before the fix was installed
