Removed updates -- now I want them back. How?

I removed a hotfix and one other update using Add/Remove programs. Now
I want them back. How can I do this? They no longer show up in Windows
Update.

If you know the KB number, search the internet for that, it should find the
manual download page for it. Then manually doewnload, saveto hard drive and
double click on the downloaded file to install it.

Further to my previous, if it was a security update, they are available for
manual download from

Yes but with out the the KB numbers,
you be unable to Start a Search,
on the hard drive or the registry,

But you can did a System Restore,
Before the Date of Add/Remove programs..
