Forgotten password

I've forgotten my stored password to log on to "admin" user. Didn't use it for months as it was stored but my son was messing around & now won't let me log on to admin user because needs a password. I can log on to my sons with his password. I'm a real novice to IT so don't have a clue what to do,can anyone help please?????

If your son has admin rights to the PC you can logon as him and go to Start
/ Control Panel / Users and change the password of administrator.
