Logon Password

My son has set a logon password but has forgotten it so we can't start his computer. Is there a work around?

don't let him use passwords anymore...if he can't remember a password HE
picked...well...need we say anymore...

Start in safe mode, log on as ADMINISTRATOR and the select "User
Accounts" in "Control Panel" to change his password.
