Forgot password to administrator account

I cannot log in to my administrator account because i had forgottened my
password which i had changed recently. Currently, i am using the limited
account of the computer. I cannot install items. I tried my best to get my
password back. Is there anyway for me to reset my password or for me to log
in my administrator account?
Please help.
