explorer error !!!

"Explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
windows. You will need to restart the program"

this is the error when i m trying to open explorer by
right click on any icon on the desktop.

anybody knows what's the problem....

Do you get this behavior in Safe Mode. Do you only get it when trying to
open Explorer via this method, but it opens correctly from other methods?
What about when logged in as a different user?
