Explorer Error Help

My computer was working fine last night and all I did was
play some games online. When I turned on my computer
today, and tried to open up My Computer I get the
following error:

Program Error
explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.

After that shows up, my background goes away and I can't
get into My Computer. Can someone please tell me how to
fix this, I can get into My Computer by right clicking and
hitting Explore, but i still don't know how to get rid of
the error.

My suggestion is to run a full virus scan and also one of the spyware
cleanup programs on your system.
