Have a look at the ip address of
102.54.94.97
38.25.63.10

Just two harmless examples ????
OR do they allow who ever is on the end of them to control your
computer.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just what is 38.25.63.10

Lets investigate shall we, afterall those really nice # signs in
front of those ip address's would cancel out any possible usage.
Or do they!!!!!
We are told
"Since they begin with # in front of them they are just comments/
notes, meaning they can't do jack s**t!
However removing the # would make them valid." !!!!!!!

Indeed, a hidden program already embedded into the Microsoft software
or downloaded to it could do this.
THAT IS THE POINT.!!!!!!

Using http://www.ip2location.com/demo.aspx

In the 'Enter IP Address(es)': location
Tap in 38.25.63.10 And press 'find location'.

The answer is;

IP Address
38.25.63.10
UNITED STATES
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
WASHINGTON
Zip code 20007
isp: PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL INC.
Domain: COGENTCO.COM

Note the zip code and the Domain.

Have a look at http://www.xdweb.net/fod/cracks.am/

The Cogent Communications part IS Cogentco = Cogent and first two
letters of Communications.

Have a good read!!!!!!

Have a look at this google map (his maps are not too clear)
http://maps.google.ca/maps?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&tab=wl&q=Washington DC 20007

Tap on the < arrow to slide it over to the left a touch.

Despite the name change in 1910, the name "Langley" still lingers on
to describe the 'McLean neighborhood' where the CIA HEADQUATERS is
located.

Zip 20007 is 3.4 square miles in area

The CIA Headquaters is 2 miles EAST if where it says 'McLean'... so it
is bearly 3 miles from zip 20007.

That is..... The CIA HEADQUATERS are 3 miles from an IP address that
just happens to be on YOUR 'HOST' file.

WE ARE TO ASSUME, THAT OF ALL THE IP ADDRESSES FROM IP 0.0.0.0 to
255.255.255.255. Currently at over 4 BILLION individual addresses.
Microsoft, just happened to pick one 3 miles from the CIA
HEADQUATERS.

AND STICK IT ON EVERY MICROSOFT WINDOWS SINCE AT LEAST WINDOWS 95.
And never changed it.
I've just looked.

this to be a bit of a stretch. How could they use those entries in the

Nope, it isn't there. If you can't find it, you haven't looked hard enough.
Also, there is a backup copy in \i386.

What has been happening is the # in front of 102.54.94.97
rhino.acme.com AND 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com are stripped away
in a 'Info gathering' session
By the CIA Headquaters at Langlet Washington DC via Cogentco .

And no-one is the wiser.
Though not every time. as detailed above....
Sometimes the # is not put back.
And people find out.

Of course now that Cogentco is expanding,

This 'Backdoor' that the CIA has always had,
due to bill gates's...... MICROSNITCH software

they will still use it.

The CIA is expanding outward towards the Computor user..

Your Hosts file is your very own local DNS.
It is the first place you look to resolve a url to an ip address. If
it's not there, then you go to an external DNS, working higher up the
tree until you get resolution or not.
Your hosts file is doing NOTHING that the public DNSs don't do.
It only means that if the domain name to ip address conversion is
changed in the public DNS, then it won't be changed on your system,
that is, IF the # has been removed.

Try using the facts on what a Hosts file does before running of with
such drivel.

I suppose you never let the facts get in the way of a good conspiracy
theory.

Have a nice day.
