STILL can't access web site

My friend still can't access one particular web site.

The website is not listed in the host file....so we did not rename the file.

We are not computer guru's and have just about given up hope!
Any other idea's we can try?

Coupla other things to try:

1. Clear your TIF and History completely:

2. Check your Cookies folder and delete any cookies that relate to the
site(s) in question.
