Hi all:
Our organization uses an older program called Vital Signs
that runs without errors in Win98. However, in Win2k, when
run as a Restricted User, the following error occurs:
"Error: Outside the range -32768 to 32767: <null value>"
The splash/welcome screen of the program then loads
normally, but if you proceed normally, the following error
occurs:
"Employee Database file currently locked out by
Administration. Try again later."
Running the program as an Administrator produces no
errors. If oen is logged on as a Restricted User and
chooses to Run As the Administrator, again no errors.
I have Googled to all ends trying to find a solution to
this. Any ideas?
With thanks,
Jon
