Error message when sending

Version 2003. I have 3 email accounts. No problems w/ the main one thru my
ISP. Other two are work accounts w/ two different companies (both POP3).
With these two I can receive mail, but cannot send. When I try to send, I
receive error message: "Find outgoing mail server (SMTP): Outlook could not
connect to the outgoing mail server (SMTP). The problem could be the server
name or port, or your server may not support SSL. Verify your port and SSL
settings in More Settings under the Advanced tab." I verified all
information I have entered and it is correct. Yet I still cannot send
messages. I used to be able to, but it suddenly stopped. I believe it was
around the same time I switched ISPs. Could that have anything to do with
it? Please help!

No, I followed the instructions given on how to set up email in outlook and
used my job's smtp server. What do you think?
