error message in IE

I'm running XP at home w/5 users; Husband & I are the
admins; we are the only 2 that can't access secure sites
(banking online, airline frequent flyer sites) - anything
that requires us to use a secure password; have searched
& tried to download patch from Microsoft, but no luck.
Can access these sites thru the other users on PC, but not
ours. Any suggestions?

Thanks! Jane

Hi,
I wish I could narrow it down, but look through the many possibilities at
http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/answers2.htm#secure_sites

It could be a malware problem. It wouldn't hurt to work through the
solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm Also note the security tips on that
page.

Hope this helps,
