ERROR installing win XP home IN A LOOP!

I have tryed to install win. XP home on my comp that was formerly ME it
worked before on this comp, only 4 some stupid reson (not even worth
mentioning) I was reinstalling Xp Clean install

So I go throught he setup, and about 10 times i get an error saying cannot
copy certain files, it didnt work on retry so i skipped those files. Now i
restarted the comp and it goes to setting up and i get and Error saying it
cannot complete, because some setup files our missing, error 2, So i click
ok to view details and it says stuff like cannot find file ____ over and
over. Then it restarts and tries over agian I am in a loop! ugh i NEED HELP.

sorry if this isnt thourough enough i am at my wits end

Ok, heres i more in dept clueing you in on the error:

Fatal Error!

Setup was unable to initailize network installation componets. The sepecific
error code is 2. Press ok to view setup lod file.

Setup could not register to OLE centrol C:\\Windows\System32\netman.dll
because of the following error (the specific module could not be found) Load
library returned error 126

Errorr libraryintoc.dll could not be loaded, otr function Nto0csetupProc
could not be found, contact your system administrator. The specific code is
