Win XP Pro Reinstall in a loop

K

When trying to reinstall Win XP Pro, the setup froze.
After reboot the PC is now in a loop. Unable to access
Win XP Pro because setup was not successful, and unable to
restart the reinstall because an error that is too quick
to catch appears saying something like "Insufficient
memory..." My PC just continues in this loop. Any
suggestions?

I would try a repair install, boot from the cd, at the first prompt press
enter then select repair install.

I have tried a repair install as well, but the process
still loops. I've seen the error message a little better
and it states that there is insufficient virtual memory
available for the install.
