Installing SP2, comes up with error

I've recently downloaded the Service Pack 2 for my home comp with Windows XP
Home. Everytime it installs, I get an this error:
"An error occured while copying file pchsvc.dll.
Cannot copy file to destination directory.
Click Retry to retry the operation or click Cancel to"

Any useful help would be greatly appreciated
