I have a outside sales guy that when he comes into the office with his laptop, the server pops up with this error msg. Any ideas

It sounds like the sales guy's laptop is a member of another domain but the name of the domain matches your domain. If that is
the case, this error is expected. The only way around it would be to change the name of one of the domains.
