Error from inbox, "some items cannot be deleted.."

keep getting this message when trying to deleter single e-mails in my inbox.
How can I turn this off or get rid of it. I am not deleting a bunch of
e-mails like the help option says, so maybe the item is moved or marked as
spam (but it is in my inbox)??? I have changed the permisssions for my user
setting to the highest level. Also, if I click okay when I get this error I
can delete it! help!
