Why can't I move e-mails from the inbox to my personal subfolders

My boss is having problems with her computer at the office. She wants to move
some e-mails from her Inbox to a subfolder she created. Every time that more
than one e-mail is attempted to be moved she get a "File Cannot Be Moved!"
error message. Can anyone think of a reason for this?
Thanks,

Check the size of the PST file. I have seen that when these files get over a
gig, they tend to act a bit squirrelly even though MS reccommends that the
size can go to 2 gig. If it is really large, try creating a new PST.

When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode (if
applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About. Also
include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent details.
For example - if you're using Exchange, we'd like to know the version of
Exchange, as well. Also, her OS and SP level on that.
