Enabling a com port for my nokia 6600 phone

I've added my phone using the "add bluetooth device" from control panel and
it has allocated an outgoing port (com5) and incoming port (com6). But when i
try selecting these com ports for my nokia application, it tells me "another
application is already using the ports".

How can i identify the application that is using this port. How can i
disable this port for that application and use it for my nokia application.

NB: My laptop doesn't have an in-built bluetooth system, i use a bluetooth
adaptor.

Did not your 6600 come with the usb connector? much simpler than bluetooth,
which I gave up on
