drwtsn32.exe dll initialization failed

I have a TS server on Windows 2000 Server.

I use RDC to connect to the server and work fine..

the problem is wend i loggoff..

its popup a drwtsn32.exe dll inicialization failed: the application failed
to inicialize because the windows station is shutting down..

drwtsn32.exe is dr.wattson debbug script y disable from windows and still
geting this errors..

Can somebody giveme a hand
