Winnet.exe DLL Initialization

I'm having problem with my computer, when i shut down my
pc a popup saying Winnet.exe DLL Initialization Failed
The application failed to initialize because the window
station is shutting down. Can somebody help out

Hi Zack,

If you've spelled that right (winnet.exe and not wininet.exe), then you will
want to read this on removing that bit of spyware that has infiltrated your
system:

Now, if it is actually wininet.exe, you might want to run a full system scan
with an updated antivirus program, as that file (it is a real Windows file)
is frequently the target of infection by worms.
