DLL Initialization Failed

When ever I log off or shut down my computer, I get a
message, "Winnet.exe - DLL Initialization Failed". How
do i fix this? I don't belive it is a major problem but
it gets annoying when it comes up most of the time. Can
anyone assist me?

This is a part of the Error Reporting mechanism in XP. See if this edit
helps:

This edit automatically ends tasks and timeouts that prevent programs from
shutting down and clears the Paging File on Exit.
