USRprbda.exe.DLL Initialization Failed

When I power down my computer, I regularly get a dialogue box that says
"USRprbda.exe.DLL Initialization Failed" and then I have to click OK. Does
anyone know what this is or how to make it go away

It is something to do with a modem, and perhaps what account
you were running when you installed it ?

Its your US Robotics modem. Check for Hardware Optional update on Windows
Update. Or you can try to uninstall the modem then reboot, it should
reinstall.

Do *not* get hardware updates from the Windows/Microsoft updates web page
unless your hardware happens to be Microsoft manufacturered... Always get the
hardware drivers (when you need them) from the actual manufactureÑ of said
product.
