Error shutting dowm

Lately when shutting down my XP Home Edition I've been getting a dialog box
with the following error.

"DLL Initialization Failed" and the name of a DLL file which is not always
the same. The last error named ISUSPM.DLL.

Anyone know what's causing this?

No, but since it happens on shutdown you might try Profile Hive

Disable the ISUS entries through Msconfig. You don't need those to be
running all the time. Did you do a Google search for what it is?
