Does Outlook have Temporary Storage once you Reach the 2GB Limit ?

I have a user who reached the 2GB limit within Outlook and before i could
increase the 2GB size limit she used her system and tried to retrieve email.
After she done this the email was no longer on the server but I can not find
it on the PC anywhere. Is there some place I can find these messages or are
they somewhere out there in the infinit void ?

No, when a .pst file is full, it's full. I think the void would be the place
to look for these.
