I reported the same problem earlier. I get an email from someone and
I try to "Forward" the email, I get the same error. I have to close
Outlook 2003 and re-open just to get "permissions" to forward the
message. A real pain. I posted "Read-only email??" on Sept 12th. No
real responses with any helpful info.

If "everyone" is reporting this, it may indicate a server problem. Have you
checked there?
