Windows XP Disable oppening iexplorer

Well I need some help :)
Im using program named Network Traffic Monitor you can see it in attacment
There is 2 tabs
One of them is "About" in that tab there is link http://.......
When I click on that link iexplorer is opening or other default browser
Is there way to disable this
Im using xp with sp3
