I'm not sure of the correct terminology to use in posing this question, so I
hope I get it right.

When I visit a website and click on a link, that link will highlight and
remain highlighted - even when I re-visit the site at a later time. This
was particularly troublesome at Christmastime because my kids were able to
see some of the links I visited and they got clues as to what their
Christmas presents might be!

I would like to UNhighlight these links after I leave the site. I only want
to UNhighlight links in certain sites, i.e., Overstock.com or Walmart.com -
not ALL links.

There has GOT to be a way to do that but I can't seem to find out how.

Any suggestions?

TIA

Chuck

If you want to un-color selected links only, click on the History icon in
the standard toolbar, locate an entry you wish to un-color, right-click on
it, and click delete. You can do this by individual link, by site, or by
day, depending on what view option you select.
