Could not find object databases

Any one knows a free tool or great way to solve my problem.

when I open my database it says: " Microsoft jet engine could not find the
object databases".

Please help.

After making a complete backup of the database, try doing a compact and
repair. It's on the Tools, Database Utilities menu.

If that doesn't work, Tony Toews has an excellent web page on database
corruption.
