Client 4.9 & ZFD 4

Hello All,

I am having major issues installing the Novell Client
v.4.9 and ZFD Agent 4 onto some Compaq Evo D500 series
desktops... as soon as these components are installed upon
reboot the PC blue screens and gets stuck in an infinite
reboot loop.

Running Win2K Pro sp4 fully patched
Can't boot in any mode whatsoever.. i.e. safe mode, etc...
Blue screen isn't up long enough to read the actual error

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is almost certainly an incompatibility between the ZENworks remote
control agent and the video driver.

Ensure the video driver is the latest version.
You should be able to find more information at the Novell Support
Knowledgebase http://support.novell.com/search/kb_index.jsp and the Novell
Support Forums (support-forums.novell.com, I'd start in the
novell.support.management.zenworks.desktops.4x.remote-control forum).
