Hello,
I have a compaq evo n800v with windows xp pro that's been
running fine until yesterday. Have been keeping up with
the updates and service packs, etc.
Yesterday as I was using IE, windows crashed, and then
proceeded to do what looked to be disk check or
something. I'm not sure what it did but I noticed files
being deleted and created, and I believe registry edits
also (not sure). And then after it was done doing it
successfuly, it reboots, and has been stuck in a
continuous reboot ever since. It would go to the windows
xp screen, and then black screen, and then a really quick
flash blue screen with this error message:
Stop:C000021a {fatal system error}
the session manager initialization failed. system
process terminated unexpectedly.
status of 0xC0000034(0x0...)
the system has been shutdown
And then it would reboot again, and again. Could not
reboot the last known good configuration, or the safe
mode. In safe mode it loads up to agp440.sys.
I have not added any hardware, or new software
installation.
any ideas?
Thanks alot in advance
Eric
